1. There is always some advantage in every event of life. Think over this advantage.

2. Do not feel sorry about mistakes done in the past. The past is a ghost. Do not worry about future which has not yet born. Make the present positive and creative.

3. Do not compare yourself with others. You are unique person in this world.

4. Do not feel jealous about others; be contented.

5. Do not feel superior to others; give up ego.

6. Do not try to solve many problems at a time open only one compartment and put maximum efforts.



7. If you cannot solve a problem all efforts, do not be unhappy. Time is the best healer.

8. Consider your critics as your well-wishers. By describing your weakness, they are acting as psychotherapists. Also do not criticise others as their back.

9. Do not think of taking revenge. Forgive and forget.

10. Surrender all worries to God and relax.

11. Have positive attitude towards day-to-day events.

12. Check your mind traffic by observing your mind. It will stop producing unwanted thoughts.

13. Laughter is an antidote to stress. Laugh on your mistakes but do not laugh on others.

14. Practise meditation for 15 minutes daily. It will bring peace, poise and relation of mind and body.
