Never go with the wishes of others!

A son of a villager always asked his father to take him in the market. All his friends told him their good experiences in the market everyday. They told him what clothes they had bought and what sweets they had eaten, they told him everything.

The son of a villager felt very upset and grew jealous of his village friends. He too told them that he would very soon go to the market and buy a lot of clothes for him and he too would eat a lot of sweets like them.

He asked his father everyday to take him in the market, but his father as usual told him that in the next season when their crops would give them good price in the market.

As time passed, the son of a villager became very upset and he fell sick due to his unfulfilled wish.

Then one day, the villager decided to take his son to the market. He fulfilled all the wishes of his son.

The son of a villager bought a lot of clothes and he ate every sweet he liked. Then father and son returned home. He was very happy and overjoyed. He thought to narrate to his village friends whatever he bought and whatever he had eaten.

The next morning when he woke up with joy and rejuvenate, he couldn’t find his father.

He asked his mother, “Where is father, mother?”

His mother replied, “Your father has gone to the town.”

“Why mother?” He asked with excitements.

“To work as a labor in the town.”

His all excitements were dying out.

Then his mother related that they had no good crops at that season. His father had mortgaged their lands and borrowed lot money from others to fulfill his wish.

The son of a villager regretted his grave mistakes.

Your one wild wish may spoil the life of your dear ones.

Trust Almighty God!

A businessman was returning home on horseback from the annual fair in a nearby city. He had quite a big sum of money with him. It was raining heavily and the poor man was wet to the skin. He was in a bad mood and grumbled that God had given him such terrible weather for his journey. He entered a thick forest. All of a sudden, to his horror, he found himself face to face with a bandit whose finger was already on the trigger of his gun. He would not have been saved from death, except for the fact that the rain had caused the powder to dampen and the gun was useless. The businessman spurred his horse and happily escaped the danger. When he was out of danger he said to himself: “How stupid I was to moan about the bad weather, instead of accepting it patiently as a gift of God. If there had been a clear sky and the air dry and limpid, I would now be lying in a ditch covered in blood and in vain would my children wait my arrival. The rain which I was ready ...
