LOVE YOURSELF! (Self-Help, motivation, personal growth, self-development, self-esteem)

There is a great power in love. Without love nobody can live. It is only love that binds everyone in one single code.

Love yourself.
Love your dear ones.
Love your friends.
Love your neighbors.
And love every living creature.

In order to get success in your life, first of all you should love yourself. Since, you want success in your life for yourself and for your family. If you love yourself, then you too love whatever you do in your life. And it leads you to the path of success. However, if you don’t love yourself, you can’t do anything in your life. And finally it leads you towards your destruction.

Love is one of the most beautiful things in the entire universe. Love is the mother of everything. Its language is understood by every living creature of this world.

Anecdote:

Once upon a time, a rich man was living in a village. He loved his family and his people very dearly. He helped everyone who came to him. He was living a very happy and prosperous life with his family. However, with time he was changed a lot. He started hating his family. He hated his friends. He hated everybody. He stopped helping people. He indulged himself in wine and drinks. He didn’t listen to his family and friends. Even he banished them from his life.
Time was passing by, and then one day, he found himself in the death bed. He was suffering from a terrible disease. Then, he realized his grave mistakes, but it was too late for him. He realized that if he would listen to his family and friends; his end wouldn’t arrive so early. He missed his family and friends. He missed their love and affections. He was dying all alone.

Always remember:

There is a great power in love.

Gautama Buddha

The founder of Buddhism, Gautama alias Siddhartha was born at Lumbini near the border of Nepal in about 563 B.C. Buddha was contemporary of Mahavira. Gautama’s father seems to have been the elected ruler of Kapilavastu, and headed the republican clan of the Shakyas. His mother was princess from the Kosalan dynasty. He was deeply depressed by all forms of human misery and yearned for freedom. From his early childhood Gautama showed a meditative bent  of mind. He was married early, but married life didn’t interest him. He was moved by the misery which people suffered in the world, and looked for solution. At the age of 29, like Mahavira, he left home. He kept wandering for about seven years and then attained knowledge at the age of 35 at Bodh Gaya under a pipal tree. From this time onwards he began to be called the Buddha or the enlightened.

Gautama Buddha delivered his first sermons at Sarnath in Banaras. He undertook long journeys and took his message far and wide. He had a very strong physique which enabled him to walk 20 to 30 km a day. He preached most of his sermonds at Sravasti. Gautama Buddha passed away at the age of 80 in 483 B.C. at a place called Kushinagar.
